When forming Denmark in 2004, BOIL set out on a musical journey to develop a new fusion of metal, grunge and progressive rock that would take the stagnate music scene by storm. After the first year of existence, immense rehearsing and the recording of a few demos, BOIL entered the studio in July 2005 to begin recording the nine songs that would become their debut album ”Vessel”. VESSEL was released on January 10th 2007 and following the release, BOIL played several successful concerts to promote the album. VESSEL was received with impressive reviews - nationally as well as internationally - and it earned the band a nomination in the 'Debut Album of the Year' category at the DANISH METAL AWARDS 2007...

Альбом показался более "готишным" и ровным что ли,в сравнении с "Blood and glitter",но не скажу, что он плох. Выделю для себя My Sanctuary и Light Can Only Shine In The Darkness.
Ага, за ягодами он ходил. Ты пил виски и трындел со мной.
Весь сборник мне ещё предстоит послушать, но уже сразу могу сказать, что Cersei - "Jade" опупенный трек. Предыхание перед первым припевом - это вообще вышка!
В целом,как и прошлый альбом,этот довольно приятный для прослушивания...вроде ничего нового,но цепляет. Для себя особенно отмечу In My Darkness,The Dark Side of the Sun,Unter Deiner Haut,We Were Young.
Ну а вообще Departing the body наверн лучший трек в этом году, вот на нем они постарались почти на макси, и на сувенире, остальные треки значительно не такие выносные
