Мне понравилось, хороший мрачный альтметал с улоном в прог в местами. Особо выдающихся песен нет, но и совсем неудачных и скипаемых я не нашёл, между тем Against All Odds, Let It Go и Weight of the World отмечу как лучшие, они ушли на репит.
Скучно было слушать. Единственное светлое пятно во всей плите - это закрывающий Let It Go, остальное как-то вообще невразумительное и неопределившееся по жанрам
При виде (и уж тем более прослушивании) каждого нового релиза Upon a Burning Body меня охватывает немыслимая боль от осознания того, что группа больше никогда не вернётся к альтово-мазафачному мелодик металкору с латиноамериканскими мотивами из Straight From the Barrio 2016-го. Я до сих пор отказываюсь принимать этот факт и не могу поверить, что тот альбом выдали те же самые Upon a Burning Body, что нынче выпускают столь прямолинейное и безыдейное долбилово, как вот эта новинка. Living in a Matrix - единственное светлое пятно, а так это наверное самый слабый альбом в дискографии.
Вроде звучат норм, но материал настолько пресен и слащав, что отметить просто нечего, и даже до конца эти 8 треков дотерпеть тяжело. Хрючево как оно есть.
