Ню-метал моей мечты, атмосферный, тёмный, злой. От некоторых тем дрожь пробирает. Отмечу пару шедевриков, хотя тут прекрасно всё. "Confidence" и "Take on the Lies"
Вообще то это alt.metal с элементами металкора. Я по прежнему считаю этот альбом эталонным в сочетании таких тегов. Выделю BigTree, Suffer, For You, 1,000 Pieces, а из бисайдов Someone To Hold Me While I Die
Хороший замес. Местами Korn напоминают, местами Nine Inch Nails. Только непонятно с названием - приписка "...Collective" нужна или нет? Так-то мы поняли, что это "коллектив" ))) Но на облоге её нет, в одном клипе есть, в другом нет.
Ребята уже успели посраться с продюсером или со звукозаписывающей и поменяли название?
Это очень и очень умелый клон Deftones, с более приятным и удобоваримым вокалом, который всегда вызывал жаркие дискуссии. И при этом Thornhill получилось музыкально сохранить атмосферу группы-донора. По синглам было понятно, что будет что-то вкусное, но по прослушиванию смогли превзойти ожидания.
Я Deftones и около-прогрессивный ню метал люблю, тут смогли сделать похожее и при этом немного своё, с добавлением разных трип-хоп поментов (привет, Team Sleep). Да и треки все залетели с первой прослушки. Однозначно в топ года надо брать, ремесленная работа. От меня 5.
Поппи, эйприл арт, энэми инсайд вместе взятые. Не плохо, но ничего нового. Звучание стандартное для нынешнего времени. Чуть пркричит, чуть ля-ля-ля. Как-то так..
