Коварный альбом, который незаметно для меня самого всё больше переслушивался с каждым днем и по итогу стал одним из любимых за прошлый год. Сомневаюсь, что найдут широкую аудиторию, тем не менее не вижу на этой плите слабых сторон от слова совсем. Дикие виртуозные рифаки, харизматичный разноплановый вокалист, мелодичные въедающиеся в мозг припевы, отдающие майспейс-кором из нулевых . При всём при этом, при сохранении почерка нет ощущения, что альбом звучит как один длинный самоповторяющийся трек, за что нередко критикуют тех же новомодных шугейзеров. За одной барной стойкой с The Callous Daoboys стали лучшими барменами, кто может сделать доселе невиданный коктейль melodic mathcore Show Me Where You Are - фаворит с релиза и один из лучших треков ушедшего года
Помимо заглавного Faded Lights выделю. В целом суховато, возможно на фоне оверпродюсированных релизов с кучей электроники так показалось. К концу малость приедается, хотя последний трек неожиданно бодренький, странно, что пихнули его заключительным. По саунду местами напоминает хэдовских Love and Death

Никогда не нравился Thrash Metal, но в этом коллективе как и в Металлике есть крутые хиты. Всегда нравилось как Дэйв Мастейн перебирает пальцами. Облога крутая, в их фирменном стиле, лучше чем у металлики.
Всегда радовали, всегда были пару хороших треков, но никогда не ждал от них ничего большего. Увидел много приглашенных исполнителей, думал будет бомба. Но оказалось все как обычно, даже немного расстроился и без них так же отыграли бы. 05. Lie In Bed 11. The Punisher (feat. El Hefe of NOFX)
