Я, конечно, группу открыл для себя сильно позднее и начал знакомство с альбома Under Your Spell, а потом уже другие альбомы послушал, и то, судя по комментариям, не все.
И могу сказать, что мне здесь звучание совершенно другим показалось. Да, всё в рамках стилистики синтипопа 80-ых, но здесь оно прям другое, где-то более жесткое и такое отчетливое. Субъективно, конечно, потому что остальные альбомы давно слушал, но в них звучание было таким мягким, точно в сновидениях бродишь, а здесь даже спокойные композиции выглядят очень четкими и реалистичными.
И да, мне понравилось, прям держат планку и для меня они где-то в одном сегменте с CHVRCHES - вроде бы про одно и то же, но каждый раз что-то новое. Прикольный альбом. Сначала хотел поворчать на количество треков, но за счет продолжительности дозировка оказалась в самый раз, ни много, ни мало. Так что твердая 5. Выделять треки не буду, целиком вкуснее слушать.
Не дурно. Но ближе к концу это и Бэд Омэнс и Аркитэктс и всё на свете, причём явно стыренные мотивы. А так, вот эти, минимум в прослушку: 01. Reap 02. Artificial Paradigm 04. Delete Me 05. Cryptid 06. Currents 07. Smokescreen

трендовых релизов завал, этот альбом ждал, очень неплохо качают ребята качели старой школы, сменная обувь отлетает, лучший кроссовер альбом 25го ЗЫ Still Playin' For Keeps (feat. Daniel Son, Pro Dillinger & Jay Royale) - отдельно в лучшие треки года уйдет у меня, на полной громкости 100ватток вся гопо-дача пришла качать
